Dr. James Svara to Speak on Organizational Renewal
Managing a city or county organization, while planning for the future, is a difficult balancing act that requires skill and determination on the part of managers, assistant managers and their teams.
 
On October 27 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Sheraton Crescent Hotel located in Phoenix, the Arizona City/County Managers Association's Executive Leadership Program will feature renowned speaker, Dr. James Svara, who specializes in local government, politics and management.
 
Every day, managers and staff are faced with making the right decisions in a dynamic and ever challenging environment, decisions which will determine or ultimately affect the course of their organizations.
 
The ACMA Executive Leadership Seminar, featuring Dr. Svara will help participants develop their critical problem solving skills, while learning how to achieve the highest level of performance from their council, management teams, and staff while leading for organizational change.
