You Have What it Takes to Be a Resilient Leader
Special Education Session Presented by Women Leading Government

In today's professional local government management arena, outstanding leaders are those who learn from their experiences and navigate, grow, and recover from tough situations. Join a group of dynamic speakers at this WLG special session to learn what it takes to be a resilient leader. Receive advice on getting out of your comfort zone, trusting your instincts, and responding to emerging issues with creative ideas. Hear examples of successfully moving from ideas to results. Leadership is keeping your eye on your goal and the goals of your organization.

A diverse panel will include representatives from top positions in city and county management, women in non-traditional department head positions, and executive recruiters who can advise on effectively positioning for that next career move.

This WLG workshop is aimed at all local government management professionals aspiring to take the next step in their career.
